Cyanotype Sun Prints Starter Kit
Cyanotype, also known as Sun Prints, is a photographic printing process invented in 1842 by Sir John Herschel.
Its tell-tale characteristic is the beautiful Prussian blue colour which is a result of a chemical reaction when cyanotype is exposed to ultraviolet light.
Create your own art on paper, 100% cotton fabric, or even on rock.
The Cyanotype kits are in dry powder form and are activated by adding water when ready to use. They can be stored for up to 24 months before use and can be used for either paper or fabric.
Easy to use, each kit comes with full instructions and can coat up to 80 sheets of A4 paper.
A very affordable alternative printing option.
Cyanotype is not only used for photograph blueprints, but also photograms created with your favourite forage.
Enjoy the creative journey on your own or with family and friends. All ages will find this process fascinating. Try it today and be hooked for life.
